Complete offer for your biomass and waste

What you can achieve with Biogreen

Biogreen pyrolysis process is a technology for turning the resources into products. Our approach is in providing you most complete offer of equipment to transform your waste and biomass into valuable products and energy.

Our pyrolysis process support industry in valorisation, recycling and recovery of materials, providing a flexible and easy to implement solutions for your local application.

Drying

Drying

Biogreen© pyrolysis process reaches highest efficiency with treating materials at low moisture content. This is why our pyrolysis equipment is often combined with variety of drying systems. ETIA offers a complete turn-key process that can include dryer followed by Biogreen© pyrolysis equipment.

Torrefaction

Torrefaction

Torrefaction (roasting, carbonisation) is a low temperature process of biomass and biosolids pyrolysis that leads to obtaining a dry product with enhanced fuel properties (bio-coal, charcoal, torrefied biomass). This process allows to produce energy carrier with hydrophobic properties and high calorific value.

Pyrolysis

Pyrolysis

Pyrolysis process can be made in temperature conditions between 400°C and 800°C. It leads to obtaining char, oil and syngas that depending on the processed material, can be a high added value products considered as soil enhancers, recycled carbon black, solid fuels and many more.

Gasification

Gasification (high temperature pyrolysis)

To reach the highest performance in gas production, we propose high temperature pyrolysis and gasification process that are focused on obtaining maximum syngas, which after cleanup process can be used for heat, electricity or gaseous molecules production.
